Based on the rapid growth of the company, the urgent demand for outstanding talents, and in order to keep up with the company's development needs, Jiang Haijun, general manager of Anhui New Ouli Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., organized the company's management cadres to come to Jianfeng Training City from August 5th to 9th for a five-day lean incentive camp package class study.

Since its establishment, New Forli has been pushing for reform, has been exploring the road of reform, they also understand that the implementation of lean production on the road must be ups and downs, but they firmly believe in learning, want to learn lean well, in the company to do a good job. Most of the time of this training revolves around TPS (Lean Production Method), and in the course, the students start from the introduction of learning the basics, and Mr. Jianfeng uses various cases to instill lean ideas in the students, so that each student first forms the concept of lean. Subsequently, everyone also experienced the operation in the TPS dojo, understood the TPS production model, experienced the spirit of TPS, found and discussed problems through a practical productivity, combined with the current situation of the company, and finally published the TPS improvement case in groups......

During the 5-day learning time, the lean teaching content was supplemented by the militarized management mode of the incentive camp, and the instructors of Jianfeng organized physical training and team activities, so that the students could learn through experience, experience the strength of the team, and strengthen the discipline and execution of the students.

Our company's lean is still in the "infancy", some of the topics in this training we do so-so, as for whether we can really create actual results for the enterprise, we need to further think and improve, I believe that with the efforts of all Ouli people, we will go better and better on the road of lean, and will bring the best profits to the enterprise!
