    In order to strengthen the construction of the company's cadre echelon, strictly control the selection and appointment of middle-level cadres, reflect the principle of flexible employment mechanism, competitive recruitment and post growth, and make young technical and management backbones quickly stand out, on February 27, Forli Electric successfully held the middle-level post competition for assistants in two departments.

    There are two positions in this competition: assistant minister of overseas department and assistant minister of procurement department, and finally enter the competition link through registration and publicity. The on-site competition is divided into two parts: the candidate's speech and the on-site questioning. The competition judges, composed of company executives, scored the candidates based on their on-site speeches and defenses.

    After fierce competition, Liu Xiaobo, the head of comprehensive management of the overseas department, and Sun Zhiping, the bulk material procurement engineer of the purchasing department, successfully competed for the position, and were successfully hired.
