Employees with strong executive ability are mainly manifested in the following three aspects:

Every employee has all kinds of cumbersome chores, but as a good employee, you must learn the "20/80" principle, focus your precious time and energy on your most core, the most professional work, only in this way, you can create real value and utility, make more contributions to the enterprise, and verify your value in disguise.
The third principle: take responsibility and take the initiative to expose problems
The employees that the company likes are always those who have the courage to take responsibility, because they are confident, courageous, and can drive other members of the team to grow together. Superiors rest assured, subordinates work hard, and employees who have the courage to take responsibility are always the pro-children of the enterprise and the trendsetters of the times.
The third principle of employing people is that employees have the courage to take responsibility, and at the same time dare to take the initiative to expose the problem and solve the problem as soon as possible, rather than accumulating more and more, and finally becoming a huge burden.
Such employees do not evade or evade, have the courage to face reality and difficulties, face challenges, and lead other members of the team to achieve a breakthrough in adversity.
