In order to strengthen the construction of corporate culture, enrich the amateur cultural life of employees, and create a good learning environment, the company officially launched the standardization construction activities of the provincial staff library in March 2015 according to the goals and tasks proposed in the implementation plan for the standardization construction of the provincial staff library in Hefei City.

On March 13, the company issued an initiative to various departments and workshops, calling on all employees to donate idle books, and as of March 20, a total of nearly 200 books have been donated to the staff library. After more than a month of intense work, on April 15, the staff library of Forsee Electric was officially opened to all employees.

Relying on the external professional book service company "Library Library", the staff library of Forli Electric Appliances has set up two part-time librarians, equipped with two sets of bookshelves and one set of periodical cabinets, and stores 962 books (volumes) of various reference books and professional materials, 12 kinds of periodicals, 50 CD-ROMs and 10 newspapers and periodicals. It can accommodate 10 readers to read at the same time, and is equipped with computers for book search, electronic reading, CD-ROM playback, etc.

In recent years, the company has always adhered to the corporate vision of "living healthily", adhering to the principle of employee-oriented, vigorously promoting the construction of the staff library, guiding employees to participate in reading activities and promoting the construction of a learning-oriented enterprise based on the standard of welcoming employees and benefiting the masses.

The company will continue to deepen the reading activities of employees, rely on the staff library, and actively carry out reading activities with "passion, professionalism and team" as the main content, strive to cultivate and forge a high-quality workforce, combine reading activities with technical competitions and other activities, and form a reading atmosphere that advocates learning and improving skills among employees.
