The company holds training on the role positioning and cognition of grassroots managers

       On April 8, the company held the second phase of the 2023 backbone training camp training, the theme of this training is "role positioning and cognition of grassroots managers", which was delivered by Xu Xiaowu, director of the comprehensive department, and more than 40 people from some middle-level managers and production system team leaders of the company participated in the training.

       Comrade Xu Xiaowu explained what a manager is, the ability requirements and misunderstandings of managers, and the role positioning of managers. This paper expounds the relevant concepts of managers and role positioning, analyzes the purpose and significance of manager role positioning, and explains in detail the role misunderstandings and role misalignment of managers, and points out several role mistakes that managers often make in their daily work.

       He conducted an in-depth analysis in simple terms based on actual cases, put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to scientifically position the role of managers, and interacted with the trainees. He believes that managers at different levels play different roles in the role, and should improve their understanding of their own roles according to their own situations, accurately understand their job responsibilities, and actively do a good job in communication and cooperation between roles.

      Finally, he started from the human resource management of non-human resources, and explained why managers should discuss the work of HR and take "things" as the core management of human resources. Then analyze the career planning of employees to the shaping of corporate culture. As managers, we must be in a good position, in place not lacking, filling in not offside, to recognize our own role, and strive to be an excellent manager.
