On the morning of March 18th, with the concern and support of the company leaders and the careful preparation of the teaching staff, the 2023 Anhui Xinoulai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. backbone training camp training and opening ceremony was held at the Anhui Ouli Industrial Park. The company's general manager, Jiang Haijun, was on a business trip in Europe and specially entrusted the financial director, Zheng Jiaxiu, to attend and preside over the opening ceremony.

The 2023 core training camp plans to organize a special training session once a month, with instructors being internal middle and senior management, and training participants coming from the backbone of various departments of the company, especially the first-line backbone employees. At the opening ceremony, the financial director Zheng Jiaxiu represented the company's management team and expressed sincere gratitude to all the teachers and students who organized this training. After the opening ceremony, Shi Jieyun from the Coating Division conducted an exchange with the participants on Toyota's 'Problem-Solving Work Learning Method'. He explained what a problem is, how the absence of problems is the biggest problem, and the eight steps of the TBP Toyota work method, interacting with the participants one by one, and the atmosphere at the scene was very lively.
In the afternoon, Tao Xiaogang from the Manufacturing Department proposed three project topics from aspects such as 'people, machine, material, method, environment' and the on-site 5S management. Each group of two trainees was assigned a topic to discuss, elaborating on their own practical work experience and interacting with everyone to share their insights based on the current situation.
Each group discussed the topic content, combining it with their own actual work, and engaged in a lively debate. After the discussion, each group sent a captain to give a presentation, and the final evaluation group selected three team awards.
The company leaders, Zheng Jiaxiu, separately awarded the winning teams with the backbone training camp team trophy and took a group photo for remembrance.
The training camp for backbone personnel aims to train individuals with certain management abilities into 'backbone' members, enabling more people to take up management positions. It is hoped that the trainees will integrate the theoretical knowledge gained from the training into their practical work and treat their ordinary posts as a career.
